Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using CalX("CalX") — including our mobile application, website at https://calxfit.com, and gym partner services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of service

CalX is a calisthenics community platform that provides location discovery, workout logging, coach directories, form check features, and gym management tools. The service is currently in development and features may change.

Account registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

Community guidelines

When using CalX, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Manipulate check-ins, reviews, or ratings
• Impersonate coaches, gyms, or other users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorisation

User content

You retain ownership of content you post on CalX (reviews, photos, form check videos, spot additions). By posting content, you grant CalX a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the platform.

We may remove content that violates these terms or community guidelines without prior notice.

Coach applications

Coach profiles on CalX require application and approval. CalX reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove coach listings at its discretion. Being listed as a coach does not constitute an employment relationship with CalX.

Gym partner services

Gym partners using CalX management tools agree to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws, including data protection requirements for their members. CalX provides tools for gym operations but is not responsible for individual gym policies, pricing, or member agreements.

Disclaimer of warranties

CalX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of location data, or fitness outcomes from using the platform. Coaching advice and form check feedback are provided by third-party coaches, not CalX.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including injuries sustained during physical training.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the CalX app or by following the instructions on Delete Account.

Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of CalX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
